This is not a formal meeting of this Scrutiny Committee. The

Council is operating its scrutiny and decision making

meetings in accordance with statutory requirements relating

to holding Covid-safe meetings. As non-decision making bodies, Members of this Councils Scrutiny Committees will continue to hold public informal sessions remotely for the purpose of commenting only on the business set out in the agenda below. Members of the public may register to speak in the usual way set out below.
